This goal is two-fold; providing quality services to the people in our care and promoting a team-like atmosphere with all the people involved including employees.
Our leadership team
Penn Residential Inc. provides services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential homes within their local communities.
We are a licensed and qualified provider under Pennsylvania DPW’s Office of Developmental Programs. Our homes serve residents in Allegheny, Fayette and Westmoreland counties in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
It is the mission of Penn Residential, Inc. to partner with adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their circles of support in helping to achieve independence, growth, and happiness through high quality creative services.

With more than a combined 50 years of service in the industry, our founders Clyde, Jeremy and Bill started the company in 2011 after recognizing the need for high quality residential group homes for adults and corresponding support services to increase the quality of lives for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Our extended leadership group collaborates with our entire team to ensure that internal and external resources are properly implemented in order to execute on our mission - to help our residents achieve independence, growth and happiness.
