Terrence Fort Recognized at the Celebration of Direct Support Professionals Conference

Terrence Fort was recognized for his dedication and commitment as a DSP at the Celebration of Direct Support Professionals Conference held in April. Terrance has been employed by Penn Residential since 2015 and has made a difference in the lives of numerous individuals in our care.

When asked what he likes about his chosen career field, Terrence stated, "I love being a DSP because I know I'm making a difference in someone's life! Even though I might not always get a thank you or a pat on the back, I know that what I do is making someone's life just that much better."

Terrence's commitment to the organization, his ability to collaborate with other DSPs, and his passion for the people he serves goes above and beyond the job duties of a DSP. We are incredibly grateful to have him on our team!
